Experience 10/10. Maria was a great help. Asked any questions I had, even reached out personally to let me know of new inventory in stock. Maddy was also a huge help. Appreciate you ladies. Love my new table and couch.

Went to purchase a bedroom set via financing and they wanted to charge 175.00 for delivery. The finance company name American First Finance wouldn't allow me to pick it up. Mecca furniture and its employees were so kind. They have a great sale going on!

I just want to say that the customer service here is behind excellent. I had called on a Thursday evening spoke to Stacy and asked if she could of made an exception for a two day delivery for a event I was hosting at my place on a Sunday. Stacy worked her magic and sent me to the store that carried the the sofa I was looking for; I went in on Friday morning by Saturday morning at 8:30am Stacy had the delivery at my place. The delivery guys were professional and very accurate on how they worked to assemble purchase. I would definitely continue to buy from them...

Great customer service, really easy to talk to, very detail. Come when they say it was supposed to come. Would recommend to someone. They customer service representative Stacey was very respectful and make sure the problem was fix.
